- Cancellation Period:
- Customers can cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without incurring any cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking amount.
- How to Cancel:
- Customers can cancel their reservation by contacting our customer service team via phone or email.
- Cancellations made through other channels, such as the driver or third-party platforms, may not be considered valid.
- Refund Policy:
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 3 business days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original booking.
- No-Show Policy:
- If a customer fails to show up at the designated pick-up location without prior notice, it will be considered a “no-show.”
- No-shows are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be charged.
- Changes to Reservations:
- Changes to reservations, including modifications to pick-up times or locations, are subject to availability.
- Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may incur additional charges.
- Force Majeure:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations without imposing cancellation fees.
- Communication:
- It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us promptly of any changes or cancellations to their reservation.
- Exceptional Circumstances:
- We understand that there may be exceptional circumstances, and we encourage customers to reach out to our customer service team to discuss their situation. We will do our best to accommodate such cases on a case-by-case basis.
